BiographyLou Cele Sisson, 68, of Wallingford, formerly of Cheshire, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2010 in Tucson,AZ. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry Mills Sisson, mother of Janet (Sisson)Wilson and her husband Dan of Salem, New Hampshire, and Judi (Sisson) Wallace and her husband Jeff of Branford, Connecticut. She also leaves two grandchildren, Jason Wallace and James Wallace of Branford. Lou was born on February 21, 1941, the daughter of Walter and Pauline Kelley. Lou and her husband Harry ran the Wakefield Inn in Wakefield, New Hampshire between 1985 and 2002. After retiring from the Inn, Lou and her husband traveled the country extensively in their R.V. She did volunteer work with a youth community center in New Hampshire. She was an avid golfer, quilter, and painter. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Branford and did volunteer work for the church. Her family appreciates the generosity of her close friend Ellen Mandes of Wallingford. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 14 at 2:00 at the First Baptist Church of Branford. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 538 Preston Avenue, P.O. Box 1004, Meriden, CT 06450 or to Casa De La Luz Foundation, 400 W. Magee, Tucson, AZ 85704. Memorial Service
