Charles (Chuck) James Haugh June 27, 1939 – December 30, 2009 Resident of Tucson, Arizona passed away peacefully with his wife and children by his side.

He was one of four children born to the late Charles and Edna Haugh and was the beloved husband of Sue Haugh for 46 years. He is survived by his wife and their children, Brian and wife Cherrie Haugh of Frisco, Texas, Brad and wife Glenda Haugh of Atlanta, Texas, and Missy Haugh Carter and spouse Ken (K.W.) Whiteley of San Antonio, Texas, by his brothers Jeffrey Haugh of Mateo, California, Terry Haugh and wife Teri of Dubuque, Iowa, and his sister Teresa and husband Mick Meeks of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, sister-in-law Patricia Curth and her husband Lawrence Klingbeil, 7 treasured grandchildren, Shea Seei, Bradley Haugh, Ashley Zboril, Bryce Haugh, Brett Haugh, Kelsey Solley, and Kayla Solley and 4 beautiful great-grandchildren, Tatum Haugh, Triston Haugh, Cayden Zboril, and Madeline Seei, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him, and his canine companion Frosty.

Chuck was born in Chillicothe, Ohio and served in the United State Air Force. He retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons in 1988 as Special Assistant to the Director in Dallas, TX. During his 25-year career with the Bureau of Prisons, he worked at Leavenworth Penitentiary in Leavenworth, KS, the Federal Correctional Institution in Milan, MI, the Central Office in Washington, D.C., the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, TX, the U.S. Penitentiary in Atlanta, GA, the U.S. Penitentiary in Lewisburg, PA, and the U.S. Penitentiary in Terre Haute, IN. After retiring from the Bureau of Prisons he was president of CJH Cortech, Inc., Vice-President of Midtex Detentions, Inc. and Vice-President of Institution Operations for Cornell Companies, Inc.

Chuck loved music, golf and the great outdoors. He touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity, and maintained his sense of humor all the way to the end.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on January 23, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the Preston community Church, 10501 Main St., Frisco, TX 75035
