Doug grew up in Illinois, south of Chicago. He has been a licensed Respiratory Therapist since 1993. Doug earned his Associate's Degree from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1999.  He is also a licensed pre-arrangement counselor and cremationist.

 In 2006 Doug and his wife Vicky moved to Tucson to follow their dream and build Vistoso Funeral Home. Doug, Vicky and their children Hanna and Eli attend Santa Catalina Catholic Church.

Doug is a member of the Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Marana Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) and the Cremation Association of North America (CANA).

Lori grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri - Kansas City before receiving her Associate's Degree in Mortuary Science in 1994. She moved to Connecticut where she worked until relocating to the Tucson area in 2006. Lori is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and in 2001 attained the designation of C.F.S.P. (Certified Funeral Service Practitioner), a voluntary program promoting public education, community service and life-long learning. She is a 2004 graduate of the Fountain National Academy of Professional Embalming Skills for Advanced Reconstructive Surgery and is also a licensed pre-arrangement counselor and cremationist.

Lori is a member of DMORT (Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team). DMORT is made up of numerous professions that combine expertise to respond to incidents of mass fatalities, aiding in recovery and identification. She was deployed to Mississippi in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina.

Lori attends Vista da la Montana United Methodist Church.

Karen grew up in southeastern Kansas and moved to Tucson in 1986. She earned a Liberal Arts Degree from Pima Community College and her Associate's Degree in Mortuary Science from Arapahoe Community College in 2010. Karen volunteered as a bereavement coordinator at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church for three years prior to entering funeral service. She began working as an arrangement counselor in 1995, earned her pre-arrangement license in 1997 and her cremationist license in 2008. In her fifteen years in funeral service, Karen has gained extensive knowledge in every aspect of the funeral profession.
